Summer Is Coming....

 What is the best part about winter? When it ends of course! D'uh! We just have to get through that rainy, allergy inducing spring and then it'll be time for the SUMMER PARTY! Ranch Water

3oz Tequila

1½oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

4oz sparkling mineral water

Lime wedge for garnish

Ice, for serving

Add the tequila and lime juice to highball glass and stir.  Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Peeptini

½oz Vanilla syrup, plus more for glass

1 tbsp pink sanding sugar

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1½ oz marshmallow vodka

1 oz heavy cream

½ oz grenadine

1 Peeps chick

Freeze a martini glass until cold, about 15 mins, if desired. Place syrup on a shallow plate. On a separate shallow plate, mix sanding sugar and coconut. Dip rim of glass into syrup, then into sugar mixture. 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, cream, grenadine and vanilla syrup. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds. Strain cocktail into prepared glass. Garnish with Peeps chick.
