Frozen Margarita

1 jigger (1½ oz) tequila

1 jigger (1½ oz) fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon superfine granulated sugar

1 pony (1oz) Triple Sec or Cointreau

5 ice cubes

Rube the rim of an on old-fashioned glass with a cut of lime and dip it in salt to lightly coat it. Chill the glass. In a blender, blend the ingredients, including the ice cubes, for 30 seconds. Pour into the glass.

Tequila Sunrise Mimosa

1 part Tequila

1 part your favorite champagne

2 parts orange juice

Splash of grenadine syrup

Orange slices for garnish

Pour tequila in a champagne flute ¼ full, then pour champagne until it reaches halfway.  Pour orange juice almost to the top, followed by a splash of grenadine.

Garnish with a fresh orange slice, if desired.

4oz White Wine (Pinot Grigio or a dry, light white wine works well)

1oz Southern Twist Lavender & Vanilla Cocktail Infusion

Splash of soda

Combine ingredients over ice in a white wine glass or mason jar.  Add splash of soda water. Garnish with lemon twist.
